We are seeking an experienced Director of Organisational Excellence to lead our organisational development initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving cultural change, building high-performing workforces and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe Director of Organisational Excellence will have a strong background in organisational development, workforce engagement and change management. You will lead the development and implementation of organisational strategies that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organisational development initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, managers and employees to drive cultural change and improve performance
- Design and deliver training programs to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee engagement
- Lead data-driven decision making to inform organisational strategies and improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of success in organisational development, workforce engagement or change management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree-qualified in organisational development, HR or related field
