Job Title: Associate Director, People Transformation

This is a leadership role within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport.

  • Supports the successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Leads the provision of strategic and technical advice on organisational realignments and restructures.
  • Manages the design, development, and implementation of organisational structures during restructure.

We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in people management, organisational design, recruitment, and change management within a large and complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment of change management and people engagement activities to support successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Oversee the provision of expert advice and support on talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Ensure appropriate governance of organisational design and capability alignment across the Department.
