Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing great relationships with key stakeholders to allow you to partner across the people model to deliver outcomes
  • Implementing HR team objectives aligned to relevant HR people strategy for your Zone
  • Building team connection to Purpose & Business Strategies through shaping team narrative & engagement plans
  • Managing people risk through the development of risk mitigation strategies & monitoring key controls within the Business

You will gain rich experience across all aspects of Human Resource Management and specifically you'll gain deep exposure to Change program delivery, Agile foundations and delivery methodology, Project management, Strategic Business Partnering with Key Stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be someone who can juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure. We're looking for someone with a desire to succeed and really make an impact.

You'll have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and be able to influence outcomes. You should also possess project management and delivery skills, leadership through influence, people management, and change and comms planning.
