Temporary Property Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Temporary Property Manager to oversee the smooth operations of a premium property.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing lease-up campaigns, ongoing leasing, and conducting routine inspections. You will also work closely with the concierge and property management team members to enhance tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and proactive communication.

The ideal candidate will have a current, valid Real Estate Licence, a minimum of 3-4 years' experience working as a Property Manager managing up to 250 units, and excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease-up campaign of a luxury development in the works
  • Managing ongoing leasing of the building including conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and managing areas
  • Work closely with the concierge and property management team members
  • Report to the Senior Property Manager
  • Conducting routine inspections, private inspections, and open for inspections
  • Preparing marketing campaigns and material for properties
Requirements:
  • A current, valid Real Estate Licence and Driver's licence
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience working as Property Manager managing up to 250 units
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate leasing and strong influencing and negotiation capability
