Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Leasing General Manager to lead our national leasing operations across multiple large-scale Build to Rent assets.

This is an opportunity to step into a newly created role at the centre of a major transformation, driving occupancy, revenue performance, and customer experience across a luxury portfolio.

  • Lead national leasing operations across multiple large-scale Build to Rent assets
  • Develop and execute strategy to optimise occupancy, rental yield, and brand positioning
  • Drive pre-leasing and launch campaigns for new developments, ensuring timely stabilisation
  • Build and coach a high-performance leasing culture centred on luxury service, data-driven performance, and continuous improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Development, Operations, Marketing, and Asset Management to align leasing outcomes with business goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will bring:

  • A track record leading multi-site teams and driving leasing performance at scale
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue management and budgeting
  • Deep understanding of premium customer expectations and brand-led experiences
  • Familiarity with CRM and real estate systems (Yardi, MRI, Salesforce or similar)
