Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to Financial Planners">
  • Manage client relationships, enquiries, and account management">
  • Implement SOA's/ROA's and client strategies">
  • Prepare and handle application forms and comprehensive financial plans">
  • Maintain and update client information in Xplan database">
  • Manage administration and processing of client documents">
  • Oversee and schedule client appointments efficiently">

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of one year's experience in a Client Service Manager or similar financial advice industry role, along with completion or near completion of post-graduate qualifications. Key skills and attributes include:

  • Possession of a degree is preferred">
