We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. This role is a vital part of our organization's mission to deliver exceptional retirement outcomes for our members.
The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship skills and a high service ethic, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent personal organization and time management skills are essential, along with exemplary communication skills both written and verbal.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring compliance with Australian legislative requirements.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our Private Client Advisers by completing documentation and sourcing required identification. You will also contact product providers to confirm confidential client information or administer adviser recommendations.
Maintaining accurate records, managing workflow, and storing client information are key aspects of this position. You will also be required to welcome members and visitors as a point of contact for clients and perform general office management duties.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in administration or customer service
