Client Services Liaison Role

This role involves building long-term relationships with clients, serving as their dedicated point of contact for consultation and support. As a Client Services Liaison, you will be responsible for guiding clients in obtaining the full value of their investment.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. This may involve planning opportunities that align with the client's roadmap and ecosystem, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the client's environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will need to effectively collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and other teams to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you will analyze complex technical issues and provide informed guidance to clients, helping them navigate these challenges and find practical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in IT account management, service delivery management, or post-sales account management. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
