Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a skilled barista. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can utilize your skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably as a barista)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
  • Food handling certification and ability to work 10 hour shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Barista certification and/or relevant training or qualifications
  • Excellent memory and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Confidence handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
