Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned strategic account manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a key interface with one of the world's leading resource companies, responsible for building and strengthening long-term relationships across multiple sites and functions.

They will drive account planning, service excellence, and innovation to deliver value for both parties. This includes managing contract performance, lead commercial negotiations, and ensuring alignment with agreed terms, pricing structures, and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple operations.
  • Account Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic account plan ensuring Epiroc's solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Innovation & Value Delivery: Identify and promote innovations that align with customer goals in safety, productivity, decarbonization, and digital transformation.
  • Commercial Management: Manage contract performance, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure alignment with agreed terms, pricing structures, and KPIs.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years' experience in strategic account management, technical sales, or mining services—preferably with major mining companies
  • Strong understanding of surface and/or underground mining operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, complex customer relationships

Candidates will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, technical acumen, and familiarity with mining equipment and automation technologies.
