Customer Service Liaison Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
- Manage client concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Meet performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Process invoices and resolve cases efficiently, aiming for first-touch resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Key Requirements:- NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
