This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison Officer to engage with clients, complete onboarding processes, and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to maintain accurate record-keeping.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, liaising with referring agents, and ensuring organisational compliance with industry policies and procedures.

About the Role:

- Engage with clients to assess available funding, complete Service Agreements, and other required paperwork.

- Provide exceptional customer service, always seeking new ways to engage and support clients.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, calls, feedback, and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Manage client rosters and ensure effective staff deployment.

- Analyze data relevant to service delivery and create reports as needed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
