We are seeking a talented and skilled Community Liaison Specialist to join our team.

As a Community Liaison Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for residents and communities, providing high-quality support across phone, email, live chat and in person.

About the Role

The Community Liaison Specialist plays a vital frontline role in helping residents feel heard, valued and supported, while also helping the wider organisation deliver excellent services.

You will manage a high volume of enquiries across phone, email, reception, live chat, and social media, and resolve a wide range of queries on housing applications, maintenance, rent, complaints and more.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned to National Housing Service Standards
  • Manage a high volume of enquiries across phone, email, reception, live chat, and social media
  • Resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with complaints handling, documentation, and acknowledgments
  • Ensure accurate records in CRM systems and meet KPI targets for responsiveness and quality

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role
  • Able to respond calmly and professionally to diverse and sometimes complex needs
  • Experience with CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
