Commercial Liaison Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in building and maintaining excellent relationships across a portfolio of customers, driving business growth through identifying and securing new opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leveraging networks to optimise current revenue contracts.
  • Partnering with major customers to drive business growth.
  • Supporting the design and development of customer proposals, tender responses, and business cases.
  • Delivering performance requirements of each contract through rigorous contract performance processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years in a similar role and background.
  • Strong commercial experience with logistics background preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • University qualified in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline.
  • High level skills in the identification, specification, and delivery of customer service.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and business strategy.
