
Customer Liaison Officer

Work as a liaison between medical staff and clients to ensure seamless communication. Provide exceptional customer service by answering enquiries, coordinating courier and medical centre collections, and assisting with pathology results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communication with medical staff onsite and offsite
- Answering enquiries and coordinating tasks as required
- General administration duties, maintaining confidentiality and liaising with laboratory staff
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Sound typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy)
- Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation
