You will oversee food provision to Food and Beverage outlets, handle guest queries efficiently, maintain food quality and proper storage, contribute to menu development based on guest feedback, ensure consistent high-quality food production across all hotel outlets, manage customer relations in the absence of the Executive Chef, optimize resource management through effective work rotations, support brand standards via team training and assessment, lead the kitchen team to ensure a motivated and organized environment, control costs to meet financial targets without compromising standards, support other departments as needed and foster good relationships, adhere to security, fire, health, safety, and food safety regulations, report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues, and practice environmental awareness.

- High School diploma or higher education
- Minimum 5 years of cooking experience in a 5-star hotel or high-standard restaurant
- At least 3 years as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in an international hotel
- Valid health certificate
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques including boiling, frying, stewing, reduction, simmering, steaming, baking, and soup making
- Experience in pastry, chocolate, and bread making (preferred for Pastry Kitchen)
- Creative, dynamic, with extensive culinary arts experience
- Hands-on leadership skills, capable of coaching and motivating team members
- Ability to work with a variety of ingredients and adapt recipes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Technical education in hospitality or culinary arts preferred
- Good command of English, both verbal and written (preferred)
- Previous experience in similar roles within international chain hotels (preferred)
