Kitchen Operations Manager

Job Title:
A prestigious opportunity awaits an ambitious and skilled culinary professional to assume the role of Assistant Kitchen Supervisor in a dynamic kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Junior Sous Chef, with relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. A strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position involves supervising Asian & Western stations, training and coaching Commis Chefs, and ensuring outlets comply with health and safety standards by conducting daily monitoring and walkthroughs of the back of house.
Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in managing guest service, team member performance and development, and service enhancements. The successful applicant will also be responsible for reviewing stocktake daily and ensuring appropriate orders have been made and stock received.
