We are seeking an experienced professional to manage payroll operations for our organization. The successful candidate will lead a project to transition our payroll systems from an outsourced provider to an in-house system.
This pivotal position will play a key role in shaping our payroll operations during this implementation project and further into the future. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll management, employment hero system experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee outsourced payroll until the transition is complete.
- Manage novated leasing for employees.
- Oversee time and attendance requirements for the fortnightly blue-collar workforce.
- Ensure payroll operations align with company policies, auditing procedures, and legislation.
- Manage ATO and superannuation payments with full compliance.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and managers.
