Lead Educator Position

The Education Leader will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional educational programs and services to young children.
- Hold an approved diploma qualification in child development.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Proven experience as an educator within an early childhood setting, working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid certification.
