Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our early learning service, you will be responsible for leading and managing room teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative programs that promote children's development and learning. You will work closely with colleagues and families to ensure seamless communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage room teams to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that foster children's growth and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and families to maintain open communication and support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or ECT degree in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Full-time permanent availability.
  • Experience as an educator and room leader, preferably working with children aged 0-6.
  • Effective communicator with children and families.
  • First aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Child Protection certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to obtain a paid and verified Working with Children's Check.
