Full Time Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to join our team as a full-time Lead Educator. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children in our centre.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services, along with experience working with children aged 0-5 years. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children in our centre
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the needs of all children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a collaborative approach to their child's education and care
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
