**Imaginative Early Childhood Educator Wanted**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educator to lead and develop our Before and After School Care service located at St Mary's Primary School in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate children, educators, and families.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership, implementing high-quality educational programs, and promoting stimulating activities for children that are safe, fun, and carry educational value.

You will also uphold the welfare and safety of children at all times, support individual learning and development, and manage observations, program planning, and reflections.

Our innovative program aims to promote social-emotional growth, academic achievement, and physical activity among children, making a positive impact on their lives.

**Requirements**

- Diploma in Children's Services (or studying towards) or equivalent qualification

- Current Employee Working with Children Check

- HLTAID003 or higher First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training
