A Lead Educator Position

This role is responsible for shaping educational programs and leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences for children.
- Lead and manage your own room, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment that fosters children's learning and development.
- Collaborate with the centre leadership team and educational leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the early years learning framework and national quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- A diploma in early childhood or an approved equivalent qualification.

- Current VIC working with children check.
