HSBC has strong strategic focus on increasing its penetration of international customers in Australia and overseas. As International Proposition Manager you will support implementation of new and enhanced propositions to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of our international customers. You will also provide day to day support for the performance of the International Client segment including analytical insights to help deliver business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support international customer acquisition and portfolio growth through development and delivery of our international proposition focused on key segments, product holdings and service offer.
- Work with a wide range of internal stakeholders (local and overseas) to prioritize and drive customer-centric change at pace.
- Own selected end-to-end customer processes and process improvement
- Provide detailed analytical support to develop strategic business plans, periodic forecasting, and performance summaries for a range of internal forums and stakeholder updates
- Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring, especially around cross border sales and marketing.
Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a relevant proposition, product or client management role including a strong track record of delivering strong performance against business targets
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking; communication, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Aptitude for engaging a diverse group of stakeholders (e.g. marketing, product, compliance, insights, distribution, operations) to form collaborative partnerships and deliver project outcomes and customer-centric enhancements.
- Strong analytical skills to provide financial insights, cost/benefit analysis and detailed forecasting for segment growth.
- Ability to confidently manage risk requirements and issues, including the delivery of appropriate solutions in a timely manner with mínimal internal and external customer impact
- Comprehensive knowledge of the external environment (customers, regulatory, competitors) and proficiency to translate this into customer needs and proposition enhancements
