**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Propositions Development Manager to join our Marketing, Communications and Propositions Development team.
This team provides strategic and operational support to our Group Life & Investments business through the design, development and delivery of relevant and impactful propositions for both superannuation funds and their members.
This role is responsible for establishing our propositions strategy and roadmap, developing and delivering a range of initiatives/programs to support our members and superfund partners.
Your duties will include:
**Develop and deliver meaningful experiences for our customers**
- By using Google Sprint, Human-Centered Design methodologies, and your own strategic problem-solving skills, you will lead the development of prioritised solutions into propositions and prototypes.
- Incorporate customer/partner feedback to continuously refine TAL's offerings according to customer needs
- Monitor and analyse market developments to help manage the portfolio of propositions and pipeline of new opportunities
- Validate and iterate propositions and prototypes from developing a business case, through to concept and user testing
- Develop and pilot specific engagement initiatives/programs together with our superfund partners
**Unlock creative collaboration**
- Design operating models, mitigate risks, map processes, gather requirements and manage the implementation to jointly build successful solutions with internal and external stakeholders
- You will work together with our Group business to create impactful ideas and potential solutions, and engagement with superannuation funds to secure buy-in in delivering proposition(s) within agreed timelines
**Influence effectively**
- Facilitate workshops and confidently present new concepts, frameworks, approaches and propositions to internal and external stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 5-7 years working within a similar role previously operating in Super and/or Industry Fund sectors
- In depth knowledge of the Life Insurance industry, including underwriting, claims and product processes
- Experience in innovation programs, and development of digital solutions
- Project management experience with proven workshop facilitation
- Practical knowledge of sprint and agile methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strategic thinking and planning capability
- Experience in conducting primary customer research
- A high level of stakeholder management, influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for what you do
