About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Systems Administrator to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of HSE systems and tools to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HSE systems and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including data entry, reporting, and document control.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HSE training programs and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide high-level support for data quality control processes and general HSE tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and finely tuned administration skills.
  • Proven experience using SAP, RTBS, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to provide H&S advice and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to be flexible and proactive.
  • Good time management and the desire to work in a team environment.
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to HSE systems such as CRM, RTBS, and Change management.
  • Experience using Power Bi.
  • Proven experience with document control.
