We are currently seeking an HSE Administrator to join our team, working on a high-profile gold expansion project. As a key member of our site team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE files and folder structures, adhering to strict record management protocols and eliminating duplications or obsolete files.
  • Prepare, collate, and obtain necessary information for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Develop and maintain HSE meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain records, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
  • Assist in the setup and management of investigations, ensuring thorough and timely resolutions.
  • Develop and disseminate site notices, based on provided information, to ensure awareness and compliance.
  • Monitor and manage team PPE stocks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring equipment is signed out, in good condition, and calibrated.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industries.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and networks, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong track record in a similar role, with proficiency in modern IT applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
