We are seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to join our team, working on a high-profile gold expansion project. As an HSE Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage HSE files and folder structures, maintaining discipline with record management and removing or archiving duplications or obsolete files.
  • Prepare, collate, and obtain information for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Prepare HSE meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain records.
  • Assist with setting up and managing investigations.
  • Develop site notices after being given the salient points.
  • Monitor and manage team PPE stocks. Manage the team safety equipment register, ensure equipment is signed out, in good condition, and calibrated.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industries.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in a similar role.
  • Proficient with modern IT applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
