Job Description:
">Epiroc is hiring a Business Development Manager to provide customers with productive and innovative equipment and support solutions that drive long-term sustainable value for their business.
">Responsibilities
">- Lead efforts with defined mining and civil customers located across Western Australia.
- Owning the customer relationship, providing a conduit between Epiroc's other invested business disciplines and our customer's operating sites and corporate business teams.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the industry to identify specific application understanding and work through multiple facets of the customers' requirements to offer viable and workable solutions.
- Engage with internal and external business stakeholders and promote Epiroc's solutions and capabilities as a whole.
- Prioritise and manage tasks effectively to succeed in the role.
Skill Requirements:
">- A resilient and self-motivated solutions finder.
- Highly developed communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Understanding of balancing customer advocacy with favourable commercial outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to find common ground with people approaching projects from differing perspectives.
- Ability to make decisions within set parameters and deliver information to various levels within both Epiroc and the customer's organisations.
