About the Role:
Glen Eira Leisure is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join their team as a People Development Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing human resources, recruitment and training support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities include coordinating the recruitment process, delivering induction programs and staff uniform, developing and evaluating training and development programs, reviewing and monitoring training delivery, and maintaining accurate staff records.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications or relevant experience commensurate with the requirements of this role.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in recruitment processes, with a strong focus on onboarding, training, and development of employees.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to provide guidance, advice and information to staff.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with data analysis would be highly regarded.
