We are seeking a skilled and experienced Employment Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking assessments and casework with clients, identifying barriers to employment and actively working with clients and services providers to address these barriers.
- You will strictly follow processes and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the ParentsNext program.
- You will adhere to both the ParentsNext and Metro Assist reporting requirements, and remain informed of any program, policy, legislative and service changes as they develop.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience working with diverse client groups.
