Job Coach Role

The Job Coach role is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking employment support. This position involves guiding clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for sustainable employment.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide personalized support for a successful career. Your daily tasks may include:

  • Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and contractual requirements;

You will be working with a vibrant team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all driven by a passion for helping others.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of a dynamic team, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
