The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers and creating job plans to support a clear pathway to employment.
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills and secure employment through training and other support services.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers, providing a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

As an Employment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of job seekers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sourcing employment opportunities and creating job plans to support job seekers' goals.
  2. Conducting thorough assessments to identify job seekers' skills and strengths.
  3. Developing and implementing strategies to help job seekers secure employment.
  4. Providing ongoing support and guidance to job seekers throughout their employment journey.
