As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping job seekers become work-ready and secure suitable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and abilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Create and implement joint job plans to support clear pathways to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willinmgness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
