We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant.

Job Description

The primary role of the Employment Consultant will be to provide job seekers with tailored support and guidance to help them achieve employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Assist job seekers in identifying their skills and abilities to secure employment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Develop and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support clear pathways to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willigness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
