Job Title:
\As a strategic HR professional, you will lead the development and execution of our human resources strategy to support operational goals.
\About the Role:
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage a team of HR professionals, collaborating closely with site leadership to ensure effective HR practices that enhance workforce performance and foster a positive organizational culture.
\Key Responsibilities:
\Reporting into asset leadership, this role involves coaching and supporting the leadership team, managing onsite employee relations matters and training outcomes, as well as contributing to events that promote and support not only employees but also local communities.
