Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned HR Professional to collaborate with site leadership and drive strategic initiatives that foster productive, safe, and engaged teams across our operations.

This role is a key member of the Site Leadership Team and offers challenging work across a broad range of HR and IR/ER functions. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective implementation of our HR strategy on site.

About the Role
  • A proven track record of HR leadership experience in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing HR talent.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to the business and a passionate advocate for creating and developing HR strategies and initiatives that positively impact our organizational culture.
