Job Title: Human Resources Manager NewOverview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our Site Leadership Team as a key member. As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy to support our operational goals.

  • You will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and collaborating closely with site leadership to ensure effective HR practices that enhance workforce performance and foster a positive organizational culture.
