Human Resources Manager

The role of a Human Resources Manager at Mount Isa Mines is a critical one, as they play a key part in shaping and executing the human resources strategy to support operational goals.

  • Lead and develop the onsite HR team and act as a trusted HR advisor to the business.
  • Coach and support the leadership team on employee relations, training outcomes, and HR initiatives.
