Job Title: Human Resources Manager

The Mount Isa Mines is a leading mining complex operating two mining and processing streams. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy to support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of HR professionals to ensure effective HR practices that enhance workforce performance and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Collaborate closely with site leadership to implement our human resources strategy.
  • Coach and support our leadership team to manage all onsite employee relations matters and training outcomes.
  • Contribute to events such as Family Days that promote and support not only our employees but also our local communities.

Requirements:

  • Passion for creating and developing Human Resources strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
