Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team.
- This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their situation, financial aspirations and needs.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in relationship management within the financial services sector is required.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing client-centric strategies to drive portfolio growth.
- Providing timely and accurate information to ensure efficient management of client interactions.
- Proactively contacting customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of relationship management experience within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A proven track record working towards weekly or monthly targets and KPIs.
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
