About the Role:
The End User Sales Lead is a key position within our Australian branch, responsible for driving business development and expanding the Automated Logic brand. This role requires a strong understanding of the building automation and HVAC industries, as well as excellent relationship management and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business development targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, mechanical contractors, and builders
- Provide professional submissions and estimates
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions and product sales
- Promote Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive product range
- Provide regular updates to the General Manager on client and industry feedback
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the building automation and HVAC industries
- Strong knowledge of building automation technologies and designs
- Experience leading a sales team and proven success in previous sales roles
- Ability to develop and implement budgets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell and develop commercial contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
