Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at the Majura Trek retail store in Canberra. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, sales monitoring, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all store sales activities, including customer engagement, Daily Task List completion, and sales monitoring.
  • Organize and participate in sales employees' training through targeted role plays, observing customer interactions, and more.
  • Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to Visual Merchandising Directive, including product placement, price auditing, and product re-stocking.
  • Work with the Retail Marketing team to plan promotional strategies, set up promotions according to Trek's sales promotion calendar, and monitor promotional ROI.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team.
  • Experience delivering a high level of hospitality to customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Sound computer proficiency.
  • Desire and capacity to get to 'yes'.
  • Positive, pitch-right-in attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need.
