Job Title: Member Support ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
- A gift for communication to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
- Drive to be goal-focused and continuously look for new ways to excel
- A team player who can rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
- Customer-focused to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
