Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the success of Fitness First, interacting with members and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
- A gift for communication and ability to talk to anyone with ease, inspiring them to take action
- Drive and goal-focused approach, continuously looking for new ways to excel
- A team player with the ability to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
We offer a competitive package including base salary, super, and commission, as well as a complimentary Platinum Fitness First membership. We also provide anniversary leave days and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our recognition for service awards.
