Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the success of Fitness First, interacting with members and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that boost their results and amplify their experience
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- A problem-solving mindset, providing solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
- A gift for communication, able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
- Drive, goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel
- A team player, able to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
- Customer-focused, able to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
