Senior Workplace Relations Specialist

This key role involves developing and implementing workplace relations strategies, including enterprise agreement negotiations and direct engagement models. You will work with organisations to develop workforce strategies for tendering in large private and public sector contracts.
- Develop and implement workplace relations strategies, including enterprise agreement negotiations and direct engagement models.
- Assist organisations in developing workforce strategies for tendering in large private and public sector contracts.
- Conduct workplace training on appropriate workplace behaviour.
- Lead sensitive workplace investigations.
- Provide specialist expert advice in workplace relations on modern awards, enterprise agreements, performance management, change management projects, and employee entitlements.
This is a challenging role that requires first-hand involvement in projects without the complexity of a large company. You will have end-to-end bargaining experience in highly industrial environments.
Formal qualifications and/or experience working within employment law, HR, and/or industrial relations are highly regarded.
