Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled business development professional to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact.
This is a key role that will drive growth and business opportunities for our organization. As a business development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients and industry leaders, and presenting and promoting our services to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our client base, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industry leaders, and community partners through exceptional service and consistent follow-up.
- Promote Services: Present and promote our services to prospective clients and stakeholders, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop Training Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored training solutions that meet client needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create strategic growth plans and achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in Business Development: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the education or training industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Australian VET sector and RTO operations preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
