Business Growth Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in driving aggressive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building a solid pipeline of prospective clients.
- Strategically identify potential new business opportunities within the Food and Nutrition sector, expand our customer base, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Develop and implement tactical plans to exceed sales quotas by relentlessly pursuing potential clients across assigned territories and verticals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying additional growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, science, food, and nutrition or related qualifications, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the food and nutrition industry with a technical background and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
About the Role: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling key customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with each customer at all levels of the customer organization. You will be an indispensable advisor to key customers, demonstrating how we directly contribute to their bottom lines.
