Senior Business Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and driving growth in the right direction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and leading the preparation of tenders, proposals, and business cases.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring performance and market trends to keep the business competitive.
  • Providing commercial insights and advice directly to leadership.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a commercial, business development, or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and able to juggle competing priorities.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and business tools.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or resources industries.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes, contracts, or CRM systems.
